GrowOnline is operated as an independent service that builds and manages websites for local businesses. Contact: hello@growonline.app.

• Business data — publicly listed information about businesses we consider for outreach (name, address, phone, website status, hours, reviews, photos). Sourced from public APIs (Google Maps, Yelp), state licensing registries, and public web pages.
• Contact data — email addresses and phone numbers we associate with a business, sourced from the business's own website, public directories, or opt-in form submissions.
• Outreach activity — sends, opens, clicks, replies, bounces, unsubscribes. Used to improve deliverability and stop contacting people who opted out.
• Customer data — for paying customers, the email + phone used to sign up, billing details (held by Stripe; we never see card numbers), and the changes you ask us to make to your site.

• To decide which businesses to contact about our service.
• To personalize the contact we send (one-to-one, not bulk).
• To honor unsubscribe requests across every channel.
• To deliver and improve the websites we build for paying customers.

Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it removes your address from all current and future contact, and the change is applied within seconds.

Texting STOP in reply to any SMS we send unsubscribes that phone number immediately, per carrier rules.

To delete every record we have about you or your business, email privacy@growonline.app. We will action the request within 30 days.

• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not share data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not store credit card numbers (Stripe handles those).

Service providers that handle data on our behalf:

• Neon — primary database (US East).
• Resend — transactional + outreach email delivery.
• Twilio — SMS delivery.
• Stripe — payments + subscription billing.
• Anthropic — generation of personalized email copy.
• Cloudflare — site hosting + DDoS protection.

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting existing customers will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
