Terms of Service

GrowOnline builds and operates a website for your business at the URL we agree on, and applies the changes you ask for via text, email, or in-product chat. While you're a paying customer, the site stays live; if you cancel or your payment fails, the site comes down.

$50/month flat. Includes the site, hosting, and unlimited content changes. A custom domain ≤ $20/yr is included; pricier domains are passed through at cost.

You can cancel any time, no questions asked. Your site comes down within 24 hours of cancellation. We don't pro-rate refunds within a billing month.

• Your content (business name, descriptions, photos you supply, custom-domain ownership) stays yours. We do not claim any rights to it.
• Our code (the templates, the generation pipeline, the assistant) stays ours.
• On cancellation, you can request an export of your site's content (text + your uploaded photos) by emailing hello@growonline.app.

We will not build or host a site that:

• promotes illegal activity, fraud, or scams
• contains hate speech, harassment, or content involving minors
• impersonates another business
• distributes malware or phishing pages

If we determine a site violates this clause we'll cancel the subscription and take the site down.

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime and accurate site edits but make no warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
